I have a passion for life and a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
I had practiced different types of yoga for 10 years until I moved to Thailand for a job. In Chiang Mai I started practicing Ashtanga and Vinyasa on a regular basis and only then did the Prana really fill me and I understood what is meant by 'Yoga is something I am, not something I do'.
I wanted to dive deeper and studied the philosophy behind this movement therapy in numerous trainings and workshops and gained the knowledge and courage to find 'my kind of yoga' and teach it. I was and am continuously intrigued and inspired to spread the Love. The Love of wanting to gain physical, mental and spiritual alchemy within the self and that way find connection back to the universal Love that connects every living being with another.
My teaching style is fluid, modern, playful and dancy, reflecting the many sports and dance, different types of yoga and body work that have influenced my practice. I have been teaching yoga internationally since 2013. My classes are a perfect balance between intensity and centering and will leave students feeling high and smiling for hours.
Further trainings and immersions in the fields of Ayurveda, Reiki, Somatic movement and Swedish massage gave me insights and knowledge about how to lead a holistically healthy lifestyle within the ever faster moving modern world. Learning and growing with every breath that I take, I keep bowing down in gratitude and appreciation of this miracle called life.

I came across Antje when I was working in Laos and, for me, she immediately outshone the rest of the yoga teachers I have experienced. I love the way she gives precise, clear instructions for each posture, paying attention to warm up the body before more challenging postures. Her routines are varied, and offer both gentle yin and fiery yang for a good workout. I also thoroughly enjoy the gentle but very effective somatics sessions which she teaches with succinct instructions for each movement. The meditations and thoughts/poems she takes us through are also thought provoking and contribute to a feeling of well-being that last way beyond the session.
